Reservation for the Apartment without prepayment is cancelled after 6 hours.
The remaining amount of the total booking price shall be paid on the day of arrival.
Damage Deposit of 300 EUR shall be paid in cash on the day of arrival or by bank transfer before the day of arrival. This amount will be fully refunded after checking the property within 72 hours after the day of departure, if there is no damage.
Please send us a copy of your passport for check-in.
COVID-19 - in a case of declaring a state of emergency in the territory of Tenerife or in the country of residence of the guest and closing the borders, the Prepayment is fully refundable or at the request of the guest can be saved as a deposit for the following reservations during the year.
If the guest provides Avitan Apartments with medical documents confirming Covid-19 disease, the reservation can be transferred or a Deposit can be saved and the guest can choose a dates later.
Free cancellation – the cancellation has to be done 60 days before arrival dates by 15.00 local time.
If the guest cancels the reservation later than 60 days before arrival dates the pre-payment is non-refundable.
Guest can not reduce or transfer the reservation later than 60 days before arrival dates.
After check-in if the guest decides to leave earlier than he had planned before the cost of paid nights is non-refundable.
