The remaining amount of the total booking price shall be paid on the day of arrival.
Minimum booking dates for Apartments: 3 nights, Villa: 5 nights
Damage Deposit of 300 EUR for Apartments | 500 EUR for Villa shall be paid in cash on the day of arrival or by bank transfer 3 days before arrival. This amount will be fully refunded after checking the property within 72 hours after the day of departure, if there is no damage.
Free cancellation – the cancellation has to be done 60 days before arrival dates by 15.00 local time.
If the guest cancels the reservation later than 60 days before arrival dates the pre-payment is non-refundable.
Guest can not reduce or transfer the reservation later than 60 days before arrival dates.
After check-in if the guest decides to leave earlier than he had planned before the cost of paid nights is non-refundable.
